Ruhika Muralidhar
Chief Executive Officer
Ruhika Muralidhar, driven by her compassionate nature and strong dedication to community service, co-founded "Faith in Humanity" with her family, believing that every act of kindness counts. At just 13 years old, a baking fundraiser opened her eyes to the impact of her efforts, as she realized they could feed a child for an entire year. This experience ignited her ambition to establish a non-profit organization focused on meeting the essential needs of the underprivileged and supporting the community in difficult times.
Currently an undergraduate at UC Berkeley, Ruhika aspires to pursue a career in health science, particularly in cancer research. In her free time, she enjoys playing with her dog, dancing, cooking, baking, and engaging in creative projects, to merge her passions with the organization's mission to make a positive difference in the community.
Rujula Muralidhar
Rujula Muralidhar has been instrumental in the evolution of Faith in Humanity from its early days as a family-led initiative to a recognized nonprofit She firmly believes in the power of mentorship to shape individuals and foster their growth. As a Board Director, her contributions include developing mentorship programs, organizing community service events, and securing the organization's 501(c)(3) registration. Rujula is dedicated to continuing her support and mentoring of young people, helping them become exceptional leaders and team players.
Currently residing in New York, Rujula is a Strategy Consultant at Accenture. In her spare time, she enjoys discovering new coffee shops, dancing, volunteering at the ASP to connect with animals, and exploring the neighborhoods of New York.

Charulatha Sastry
Board Director
Charulatha (Charu), grew up in a philanthropic family. Her parents and grandparents instilled the importance of giving back to the community. They played a role in helping countless children receive education and supporting youth in becoming independent. Charu aspires to carry on their legacy of community service. As a board member of "Faith in Humanity," she contributes backend support to various operational aspects of the organization.
She currently serves as a Software Engineering Director at a prominent healthcare company. Throughout her career, Charu has been fortunate to leverage her technical skills to benefit the community in various ways. In addition to her professional endeavors, Charu is passionate about creative projects, networking, event planning and playing with her dog.
Muralidhar Madhusudana

Muralidhar (Murali) truly values the role of education. Over the years he has seen difficulties people encounter in obtaining basic education and believes everyone deservers the right of education. He believes that supporting the community even through small contributions can lead to significant change. He is committed to helping families attain financial independence through financial education with a keen interest in finance and insurance. As a board member of "Faith in Humanity," he manages financial, accounting, and taxation tasks.
He currently holds the position of Sr. Director, Pre-sales where he leads data & AI services pre-sales strategy. In his free time, Murali enjoys walking his dog, singing, playing the guitar, and listening to music, as he values its healing power.
